Allen Appraisal Service was established in 2004 and has provided quality service for several of the top 10 Appraisal Management Companies (AMC's) and top Lenders in the United States.  We realize that time is money.  As such, delivering reliable, quality reports in a timely manner is our mission.  You will typically receive your report within 48 hours of the inspection date with immediate underwriter follow-up.

We do have bi-lingual office staff to help comunicate with our hispanic community.  In fact, they are a large part of our business.  Our primary experience is in vacant land and residential appraisals of all types.  We DO NOT appraise commercial properties.
